BAC and Step Logic join efforts

ZAO BAC and OOO Step Logic have signed a principal agreement to set a united group of companies. The integration process is planned to be completed by March 31, 2008.

The point of the convergence is to provide customers with full and comprehensive range of services in the area of information and telecommunication technologies on the basis of accumulated experience of the two companies. The staff of the united group will be over 1500 people strong.

The merger process is conducted by the Integration Committee headed by presidents of the two companies Yury Biakov and Yury Kantarovsky. The Committee is composed by the two companies’ top managers.

According to BAC president Yury Biakov, “joining management resources and technological practices of our companies opens new vistas for the business development”.
