ZAO BAC declares purchasing a share in the JV Dialogue-Kiev’s authorized capital

The Ukrainian market is one of the most perspective and dynamic ones at the former CIS space. One of the BAC's strategic goals is to establish its presence both at the Russian and foreign markets. Another step in BAC geographic expansion was to acquire a share in the authorized capital of Dialogue-Kiev — a leading Ukrainian systemic integrator.

BAC would offer to the Ukrainian market the whole range of basic infrastructure decisions together with specialized highly technological decisions — for building mainstream operators' communication networks, call processing centers, data processing centers, comprehensive information systems, BSS/OSS systems, information security systems etc.

Joint resources and new expertise would enable Dialogue-Kiev to strengthen its position in front of the world renowned manufacturers: Systimax, APC, Cisco, Rittal, Oracle, Remedy, HP, IBM, Fujitsu-Siemens, HDS, Panduit.
