Methods of assessing Factor’s credibility and qualityExpert RA assigns credibility and quality ratings to Factors according to methodology based on analysis of three logical blocks: (1) fullness, quality, price and geographic accessibility of service to clients, (2) management quality and risk-management, (3) financial stability. Analysis of “fullness, price and geographic accessibility of service to clients” includes: range of factoring products of a company (bank); non-price properties of products and size of factoring commissions; geographic coverage; international activity. Analysis of “management and risk-management” includes: support by owners, organization structure, risk-management and IT-systems, marketing and personnel policy, information transparency of a company (bank), audit quality, experience and repute. Analysis of “financial stability” includes: capital adequacy and structure, profitability, liquidity of a company (bank), solvency, structure and quality of assets and funding.
