The procedure of granting ratings of corporate governance

I. A joint-stock company and a Consortium member will conclude an agreement for making rating evaluation. To conclude an agreement the joint-stock company may turn to any Consortium member all the year around. The Consortium will send to the company a model agreement for making rating evaluation and also a rating questionnaire to be filled in and oficially verified by the company.

II. The joint-stock company will pay for the services of the Consortium and will submit to the experts an officially verified questionnaire with information needed to rate the level of corporate governance of the company.

III. The experts of the Consortium will grant National Ratings of Corporate governance on the basis of an analysis of data on the level of corporate governance of the company received from public information sources as well as from the rating questionnaire presented by the company shareholders. The Consortium will send to the joint-stock company a report on the granted National Rating of Corporate Governance and an appropriate certificate.
