Expert RA forum is open for all users to discuss the Agency rating products, analytic studies, conferences and other urgent issues in branches of economy, regions, market situation and activity of the state controlling bodies. The forum may be held as an internet-conference. Ask your questions – our experts will do their best to give answers.
At our forum it is conventional to:
- respect opponents’ points of view and remember that everybody has right to have a point of view of one’s own;
- be precise and correct in your messages
At our forum it is prohibited to:
- place information calling for violation of the current legislation, insulting statements, including those against personality, nationality, racial, religious or political affiliation of another forum participant or a group of persons in general;
- use obscene words in a heading or a body of your message;
- distribute deliberately false information;
- place any ads;
- use private information about other forum participants, including private correspondence without permission of the second party.
Recommendations to place messages:
- your heading should contain the substance of the matter, and the message itself – a broad description;
- remember: clearly defined topics attract more attention, and your chances to get specific response are larger;
- your messages should preferably be grounded. If you express your opinion on an issue, do not forget to add that it is your personal opinion;
- avoid numerous use of CAPITAL LETTERS, both in headings and messages;
- before creating a new topic make sure you place it in a proper forum;
- avoid creating similar topics in different forums – it will be considered spam.
Moderation
- moderators reserve the right to remove messages and topics outside rules of decorum;
- moderators may transfer messages to sections more in line with their topics.
