The mortgage insurance market doubles its volumes every year. To protect it from being strangled at the outset, you should find a golden medium between “exclusive agreements” and total absence of insurer’s accrediting by banks.
Re-insurance for export
The Russian re-insurance market has been in the state of prolonged crisis. Only the international segment of Russian re-insurers has shown positive dynamics. The state should take resolute steps to make the Russian re-insurance thrive.
Looking for profit
The first half of 2008 at the Russian insurance market witnessed two tendencies: leveled tariffs and declined credit insurance acceleration. At present insurers seem to care more of their business stability and profitability, than their market share.
