III Annual Forum of the big business of Russia "Expert 400" - COMPANIES OF GROWTH

WHO MAKES THE ECONOMY OF RUSSIA?

Forum "Expert 400" is an annual event held by Expert RA Rating Agency and Expert magazine in connection with the publication of the rating of the biggest companies of Russia "Expert 400".

Project "Expert 400" is not confined to stating basic statistics data. It’s a research and communication project, where key problems of the Russian economy development are formulated, business, expert community, authorities being involved into the discussion, and finally ways of these problems solution, approved by the community, are proposed.

In 2007 basing on the rating there will be made a unique research of the big business investment activity. The main issues of the research are: whether we’ll manage to use favorable international market situation for increasing economic power and strengthening the sovereignty of Russia, what companies form our future economy (that is invest in their development), how the state influences this process, what the basic investing strategies of business are. The key thesis of the research will be brought about for discussion at the Forum.

The Forum is:

• a club of companies, providing growth and stability of the Russian economy;
• meeting representatives of authorities and leading experts in industrial policy and financial markets;
